Chocolate Breakfast Soil

Serves 1

Ingredients

4-5 medjool dates, pitted (depending on size)  

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup hazelnuts

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Pinch of sea salt

Milk or yoghurt, to serve

Fruit, to serve

Ingredients

  1. Combine the dates, oats, hazelnuts, cacao powder, pumpkin seeds and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until it resembles cookie dough texture.

  2. Transfer to your preferred bowl and serve with milk or yoghurt, then top with fruit.
