The Ultimate Berry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowl weather is just around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited! They’re such as great way of boosting your fruit and veggie intake, along with cramming in as many nourishing ingredients as possible, like spirulina, macca powder, and flaxmeal.
Total time 5 minutes | Serves 1 | Vegan, Gluten Free
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 handful of baby spinach
(Optional: 1 serving of protein powder & greens powder)
1/3-1/2 cup almond milk
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach a smooth + creamy consistency
Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings, such as granola, nuts or seeds! (Or drink straight from a glass)
