Cookies and Cream Breakfast Smoothie 

Serves 1

Ingredients 

Smoothie:

1 banana 

250ml milk of choice 

1 tsp chia seeds

¼ cup rolled oats 

Handful of ice 

1 serve of Happy Way’s Cookies and Cream protein powder 

Chocolate Swirl:

2 tsp cocoa powder 

2 tsp honey 

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter 

Method

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Combine the ‘chocolate swirl’ ingredients in a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir to combine, then swirl around the inside of your glass, then pour the smoothie inside.
