Banana Caramel Choc-Top Popsicles
There’s nothing better than an icy-cold popsicle on a hot summer’s day…especially when it involves all the goodies from Pana Organic’s new product range!
Total time: 10 minutes + 4-5 hours freezing | Makes 6 | Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free Option
Ingredients
1x45g block 60% Raw Cacao Chocolate ‘Pana Organic’
3 tbsp. unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped (or hazelnuts)
Method
Place the ice cream in the fridge for 1 hour to defrost
Divide the ice cream between 6 popsicles molds (I used Donna Hay’s) and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen
Once frozen, melt the block of chocolate on a low heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and drizzle on the melted chocolate and chopped peanuts
Return to the freezer to set for approximately 1 hour
