Easy Vegan Pasta Dough

Total time 10 minutes + 30 minutes refrigeration | Serves 2| Vegan | Nut Free

Ingredients

  • 260 plain flour (00)

  • 140ml warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Step 1: Place the flour and salt on a clean work surface and mix together. Make a well in the centre of the flour and add the water and olive oil. Use your fingers or a fork to begin mixing the ingredients together until a dough begins to form.

Step 2: Transfer dough to a flour-dusted surface and begin needing for 8-10 minutes, or until a smooth dough forms. Cover with plastic-wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Once chilled, cut and roll as desired.
