Frozen Feijoa Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 120ml white rum

• 60ml Feijoa simple syrup

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 2.5 cups ice

• Dried lime, to garnish

Method

Step 1: Place all ingredients (besides garnish) in a blend and blend on high speed of 10-15 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with dried lime.
