Chocolate Brownie Protein Oats

Serves 1 

Ingredients 

Oats:

1⁄2 cup Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats

150ml milk of choice

1 tbsp almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tsp maple syrup

Pinch of salt 

Toppings:

Sliced banana

Crushed walnuts

1 square dark chocolate

Method 

  1. Combine all ‘oats’ ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until creamy.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, top with banana, walnuts and dark chocolate, then serve.
