Smoked Salmon Bagel 

Serves 2 | Under 5 minutes | Nut Free | Pescatarian

Ingredients 

  • 2 bagels

  • 100g cream cheese 

  • 150g smoked salmon

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons

  • 60g pickled red onion slices 

  • 2 teaspoons capers

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

  • Lemon juice, for garnish

Method

  1. Slice toasted bagels in half and spread cream cheese over both sides.

  2. Top one half with smoked salmon, then garnish with cucumber ribbons, pickled onion, capers, dill and lemon juice.
