Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish from Naples. It is by far the easiest pasta dish to ever exist. But what it lacks in time, it most certainly makes up in flavour!

Ingredients
100ml extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
200g spaghetti
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Ferguson Lobster Infused Olive Oil, for garnish (optional)
Method
Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to boil and add one tablespoon of salt. Add pasta and cook as per instructions on the packet. Set aside ~½ cup of pasta water before draining. 2. Heat olive oil in a large frypan over medium-low heat. Add sliced garlic and chilli flakes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
Step 2: Transfer the cooked pasta and cooking water to the garlic and oil mixture and toss. Remove from the heat and add the parsley, then toss again, drizzle with Ferguson’s Lobster Infused Olive Oil, and serve immediately.
Note: to make this recipe gluten free, use gluten free pasta.
